Please note all parcels are shipped from the UK. Therefore, all parcels need to be returned to our UK address at an additional cost.
You can either use your own postage or our preferred way is for you to return the items via Pavers International. This will cost €4.50.
To exchange your goods, please order your replacement pair on our website and send your original items back for a refund.
We are unable to exchange items sent back to our warehouse.

Very comfortable. I like the colour. This is the second pair I have bought. The first pair have proved to be a good buy. Difficult to get comfortable casual shoes which do not turn out to have some sort of issue, so I bought the second pair for future use.
I ordered these as a Christmas present for my mother on the 28th Nov ahead of a planned socially distanced meeting on the 13th Dec since we would not see each other at Chrsitmas. I got an email saying they had been dispatched following the order with a tracking number that didn't work. I am aware of delays in the postal system so waited until 8th December and then tried to phone customer services. I was on hold for ages then got bumped out of the queue and didn't get speaking to anyone. This happened a few more times. I tried again the following day and despite eventually being number 2 in the queue, again after a while I was automatically disconnected. Again I tried another couple of times before using the option to leave a message and my number- this was Wednesday and it is now Sunday and still no return call. I also tried replying to the confirmation email and finally got an answer two days later asking if I wanted a refund or to resend the items. I chose resend but did not receive any response to confirm. The result being I met my mum today but without the trainers I had ordered almost three weeks before as her Christmas present. So pretty poor all around in relation to access to customer services.
I ordered a pair of these Trainers for my wife for Christmas, as sadly the shop my wife tried a pair on a few weeks ago, was closed due to Covid at this time.
I did have to pay extra for shipping, but if I take the cost of travel to the shop we first visited,the difference was negligible .
They arrived before the projected delivery date.
However, sadly they were faulty.
Knowing this was a manufacture fault & not Pavers fault, I phoned Pavers and explained the issue & without needing to check photos I sent them, immediately issued a new pair.
They told me to just send the faulty pair back, using the self addressed sticker enclosed with my order.
My new order also arrived quickly.
Customer service is a very important part of any organisation & I would highly recommend Pavers at any time.
