Imbox Treatment is non refundable. If you choose to return your goods, the price of the Imbox treatment will not be refunded.

If the goods are found to be faulty and returned, imbox treatment will be refunded

If the product has been damaged by the imbox treatment then we will exchange the product and refund the imbox treatment charge.

Imagined in a simple trouser shoe silhouette, the Elysa shoes are imagined in an Extra Wide EE+ fit. Styled with a soft padded ankle cuff for full foot protection, the shoe boots are secured with a touch fastening strap which gives effortless wear and a wide opening. Crafted from beautiful quality leather, the shoes are lined with a supple leather insock and soft textile internals.

EU Delivery Custom Fees & VAT Rates

All parcels are sent from our Distribution Centre in the UK.

Orders under €150 will incur no additional VAT or duties when delivered in the EU.

We advise EU customers to place separate orders if your basket total will be over €150 as you will incur duties and taxes. We cannot split the order for you.

The prices displayed on the product page include UK VAT at 20%, VAT rates will be adjusted and charged at the checkout specific to the EU country VAT rates the goods will be delivered to.

Returns Policy

Easy 45-Day Returns

Please note all parcels are shipped from the UK. Therefore, all parcels need to be returned to our UK address at an additional cost.

You can either use your own postage or our preferred way is for you to return the items via Pavers International. This will cost €4.50.

 

Exchanges

To exchange your goods, please order your replacement pair on our website and send your original items back for a refund. 

We are unable to exchange items sent back to our warehouse.
